This is a booth with NO electrical access. You will be provided: 

1- 6ft. Banquet Table

2x Folding Chairs

-Vendor Spotlight on Social Media

Important Information:

-Indoor Vendor Booths have limited availability and will be assigned on a first come basis. 

-Preferred Vendors are REQUIRED to provide ONE Promotional item to be placed in all Show Attendee bags by September 1st, 2025. We anticipate 200 potential couples to attend, however we will reach out by August 15th after a ticket sale review on total items needed. 

-Vendors are Not Permitted to begin Break down until 4:00pm.

                  Show Marketing

Soft Push: Begins in March with Venue, Event Organizer, Partner, ad Vendor postings on Social Media platform. SEO Ads start April 1st.

Hard Push: Radio Ads begin September 1st and run on a rotation.

 

Ticket Sales Schedule-

March 5th, 2025 -Early Bird Tickets begin  ($10.00 per admission, with 2x Raffle tickets for the Grand Prize entry)

July 1st, 2025-Full Price Ticket Sales begin  ($15.00) per admission, with 2x Raffle tickets for the Grand Prize entry)

Door Sales- begin at 1:00pm on Event day   ($15.00) per admission. Grand Prize raffle tickets can be purchased in addition to the Admission Ticket for $5.00 per ticket.

Communication: 

-Vendors will Receive several emails leading up to the event date as follows:

      Welcome Email: Sent out after Registration

      Social Media Post Reminder: Sent out once a month starting in July

     Vendor Booth Assignment and Event Day logistics Email: Sent out September 15th
