EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
October 26th, 2025 at The Marion Hatcher Center located at: 519 Greene Street Augusta, Georgia 30901
PARKING
Vendor Parking is located in the MAU Parking lot and will be marked. Vendors are asked to unload and move your vehicles to the designated lot within a 30-minute time frame to allot other vendors time to unload.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING
Out of Town Vendors can request accommodation information from the Event Organizer
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Vendor Badges will serve as your proof of registration and venue access. Badges must be worn the entire duration for Event Staff, Vendors, and Partners.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
While there is not a set dress code, we suggest business casual attire. Inappropriate dress will be asked to change before doors open to the public.
WHAT TO BRING
Booth Set up is up to the discretion of the business, however must follow the Venue Policies.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on the property. Animals are not-permitted, unless registered by the state as a Service Animal or with prior approval.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
All coverage of the event, whether Photography or Video, must tag the Venue and Event Organizer before posting publicly.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Registration is open beginning January 17th for Preferred Vendors. Early Bird Registration for Vendor Booths begin on February 15th and run until April 15th, 2025.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Registration of booth fees can be made using the online payment processor, or direct bank transfer (via Zelle). Note: Utilizing the DBT will save on processing fees associated.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
There will be no ATD Registrations for Vendors.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend the show for any reason, we will allow a Transfer of Booth request prior to 30 days of Event Date.
REENTRY POLICY
Badges will allow you to re-enter the event at any time, however the Venue nor the Event Organizer are not responsible for property left unattended.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Transfer of Booth is allowed prior to 30 days of Event Date. After which, no transfers are policy.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If event is cancelled for Acts of God or otherwise, booth refunds will be given. If event is rescheduled, tickets will be transferred to the new event date.
